1.2 Condition of Items: To be eligible for an exchange or return, the jewelry items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in mint brand new condition as when received. They should be free from any signs of wear, damage, alteration, or customization. The product tag must be intact.

1.3 Time Frame: You must contact Boutique Oriental within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange request. The returned item must be shipped back to Boutique Oriental within this timeframe. After 7 days, we cannot accept any return or exchange requests.

  1. Exchange Policy:

2.1 Eligible Items: We offer exchanges for jewelry items that are defective, damaged during transit, or different from what you ordered. Exchanges are subject to availability, and if the requested item is not available, we will provide you with a store credit or refund.

2.2 Exchange Process:

a. Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.

b. Provide your order number, item details, and the reason for the exchange in your email.

c. Our customer support team will guide you through the next steps, including the return shipping process and the availability of the desired replacement item.

d. Once we receive the returned item and verify its mint brand new condition, we will process the exchange or issue a store credit/refund accordingly.

e. Exchanges should be shipped out within 24 hours after contacting our customer support team.

  1. Return Policy:

3.1 Eligible Items: We accept returns for jewelry items if you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, except for earrings (for hygiene purposes) and customized items.

3.2 Return Process:

a. Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

b. Provide your order number, item details, and the reason for the return in your email.

c. Our customer support team will guide you through the next steps, including the return shipping process.

d. Once we receive the returned item and verify its mint brand new condition, we will issue a refund for the returned item, excluding any shipping fees, taxes, and duties paid.

e. Returns should be shipped out within 24 hours after contacting our customer support team.

  1. Non-eligible Items:

4.1 Earrings: Earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene purposes unless they are defective or damaged.

Items On Sale : Refund option is not available for all the items which are on “sale” (promotional sale campaigns)

5.1 Return Shipping: When returning an item, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

5.2 Shipping Errors: If there is an error in the shipping address provided by you, resulting in a failed delivery or loss of the package, Boutique Oriental is not responsible. Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping information when placing an order.

6.1 Refund Method: Refunds for eligible jewelry items will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund will be processed after receiving the product and within 3-5 working days.
